SCREEN PRINTING
We use a spot color process, in which the number of colors denotes the cost of the flag. This process is able to match pantone colors and works well for any size logo. The ink used will securely adhere to both 200 and 400 denier nylon, and is intended for outdoor use.
EMBROIDERY
This option works well for moderately sized logos, with a large number of colors. We also provide reverse side embroidery, which is the backside of the image sewn out the same colors as the front; producing a mirror image on the back of the flag. Reverse side embroidery is standard on all flags to be flown.
APPLIQUE
This process works best for numbers, letters, or simple designs. With the additional color stitched onto the flag, this process has a classic, timeless look.
DYE SUBLIMATION
A relatively new process to the industry that is an ideal solution when screen printing and embroidery are not an option. Dye-sub provides a vibrant, photo-quality image with no limit on the number of colors and is available in any size; including full coverage. This application is only available for white, polyester material.
Not all logos are meant for all processes, nor are all processes meant for all logos. We recommend you sending your logo prior to placing your order for a professional opinion on the process best suited to your logo.
